What you'll do

• Ensure coaches maintain required CPT/CPR certifications and complete assigned training modules
• lead coach accountability and development
• facilitate monthly team workshops
• support adoption of training programs and tools
• identify and support at-risk clients
• coach trainers through weekly shadow sessions and feedback
• partner with leadership on team performance
• track coach contributions and communicate progress.
