What you'll do

• Represent clients in complex litigation
• handle copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and commercial disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• conduct legal research and develop strategy
• take and defend depositions
• assist with trial preparation
• participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and court appearances
• collaborate across offices and advise clients.
