What you'll do

• Evaluate accounting workflows and implement improvements
• develop and maintain standard operating procedures
• identify operational gaps and strengthen controls
• oversee accounts receivable, customer onboarding, commissions, billing, inventory accounting, sales tax, and ERP workflows
• partner with operations, warehouse, customer support, and sales
• optimize Acumatica and other tools
• support leadership with performance insights and scalability recommendations
• lead and mentor a two-person accounting team.
