What you'll do

• Investigate equipment and process failures using RCM, RCA, FMEA, and related methods
• develop corrective actions
• analyze equipment history and failure data
• design and improve preventive maintenance programs
• prioritize maintenance by risk and business impact
• implement predictive maintenance technologies
• analyze condition-monitoring results
• monitor reliability KPIs
• develop improvement plans
• partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality
• maintain records.
