What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front-of-house areas
• bus, clear, and clean tables and sweep floors
• wash dishes and clean cooking stations and equipment
• keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards
• receive deliveries and transport them to storage areas safely
• follow HACCP standards and maintain proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
