Fertility Registered Nurse Coordinator, Fairfax and Leesburg

The Fertility Registered Nurse Coordinator role is primarily onsite across Shady Grove Fertility’s Fair Oaks and Leesburg, VA offices, with two remote days per week available after one year, full training, and a successful chart review. Compensation is $78,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports fertility patients and clinical teams at Shady Grove Fertility, part of US Fertility. The coordinator manages patient treatment coordination and case management, counsels patients and couples, explains procedures and injections, schedules treatment, and coordinates plans under established clinical protocols. The schedule is Monday through Friday, rotating between 7 a.m.–4 p.m. and 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with three to four weekends and one to two holidays per year.

What you'll do

• Coordinate fertility patient treatment, case management, and care
• counsel patients and couples
• educate patients about procedures and administering injections
• schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
• coordinate treatment plans with established clinical protocols
• provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
