E-Discovery and Litigation Support Specialist

The E-Discovery and Litigation Support Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Philadelphia, PA, with an annual salary range of $60,000–$100,000. The specialist joins the client’s E-Discovery team and works with attorneys, paralegals, litigation support, IT, and outside vendors. The role manages electronic discovery work across the litigation lifecycle, helping legal teams process, search, review, and produce electronic data accurately and on schedule. It also supports trial and arbitration preparation through litigation databases, technical troubleshooting, and electronic evidence presentation.

What you'll do

• Manage e-discovery projects
• process, audit, load, export, and quality-check electronic data
• create and execute platform searches
• design, maintain, and migrate litigation databases
• support collections, document review, discovery, and productions
• coordinate data acquisition and delivery with vendors
• verify data integrity and correct processing errors
• track deadlines and deliverables
• convert data and create database forms and reports
• troubleshoot litigation-support technology
• support trial and arbitration preparation
• train users and help document best practices.
