What you'll do

• Manage domestic and international freight forwarding projects from planning through delivery
• coordinate ocean, air, ground, and multimodal transportation
• oversee specialized and project cargo as needed
• coordinate with carriers, vendors, ports, terminals, customs brokers, and internal teams
• track milestones and resolve delays
• communicate status to customers
• monitor costs, budgets, and profitability
• identify and escalate financial risks
• ensure accurate shipping documentation and compliance
• collaborate across Operations, Sourcing, Brokerage, and Accounting
• identify process and customer-service improvements.
