What you'll do

• Oversee transportation drainage projects, including proposals, scopes of work, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, PS&E packages, and final reports. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
• advise clients including TxDOT, RMAs, and Texas counties
• coordinate with prime contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and identify growth opportunities.

Why this role
