Hospice Community Liaison and Marketer

What you'll do

• Develop marketing strategies to grow hospice census
• build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, physicians, and community organizations
• educate referral sources and the community about hospice
• conduct visits and presentations
• track marketing activity and referral trends and report to leadership
• assist with community events and educational sessions
• collaborate with the clinical team on referred-patient transitions and admissions.
