This role supports the Cura-Hospitality healthcare team in providing specialized nutritional services to patients and residents. The role exists to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned individuals, initiate interventions to maintain or improve their nutritional status, and enhance their overall quality of life in alignment with their personal health goals.

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team
• educate patients, residents, and staff
• follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards
• participate in quality improvement programs
• collaborate with departments on dining service procedures.
