Group Fitness Instructor

What you'll do

• Deliver pre-designed workouts for groups of up to 42 clients
• motivate clients
• build class attendance and retain members
• monitor participant safety, heart rate, and exercise technique
• modify exercises for different skill levels
• attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• handle member concerns when applicable
• assist with sales and studio tours
• and maintain studio cleanliness.

Why this role
