Finance Associate Attorney

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers in secured financing transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, commitment letters, security documents, and related agreements
• advise on acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, and leveraged finance transactions
• manage legal due diligence and transaction execution
• coordinate with lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties
• maintain client relationships and manage multiple transactions.
