Service Coordinator — Dispatcher

What you'll do

• Manage the ticketing/PSA system
• schedule and dispatch service tickets
• serve as the first point of contact for inbound requests by phone, email, and portal
• ensure technicians have necessary information
• monitor ticket queues and escalate issues
• keep clients informed
• track CSAT, ticket aging, SLA breaches, and team utilization
• report trends and suggest process improvements
• collaborate with the Service Manager.
