What you'll do
- Lead facility operations

- maintain relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners
- ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- lead quality improvement and QAPI initiatives
- oversee safety, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, documentation, and staff development.
