What you'll do

• Support recruiting by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background and reference checks
• coordinate onboarding and orientation
• manage personnel files and employee records
• maintain licenses, certifications, and HR documentation
• assist with payroll, benefits, and employee status changes
• monitor policy and legal compliance
• support engagement and retention initiatives
• assist managers with HR policies, performance management, and employee relations
• coordinate unemployment claims, workers’ compensation documentation, OSHA records, and return-to-work processes
• support audits, surveys, and HR projects.
