The Recruiter, Manufacturing Talent Acquisition role is hybrid, with three onsite days and two remote days per week in Dallas, TX or Nampa, ID. Pay is $40–$45 per hour. The recruiter supports talent acquisition for complex engineering, construction, and production projects. The recruiter manages full-cycle hiring and builds candidate pipelines for manufacturing, production, skilled-trades, engineering, and operations roles. The work helps plant leaders meet staffing needs across shifts and supports timely hiring for current operations and expansion.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from requisition intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• partner with plant and hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, trade schools, community partnerships, and job fairs
• screen resumes and interview candidates
• maintain applicant-tracking records and pipeline updates
• coordinate interviews, plant tours, and pre-employment steps
• provide recruiting progress updates and support candidate experience.
