What you'll do

• Conduct or recommend staff personnel actions
• participate in treatment team meetings when requested
• monitor shifts, service integration, training, activity schedules, notes, and shift reports
• address audit deficiencies
• inspect homes and coordinate maintenance
• meet with and train staff
• ensure adequate staffing
• supervise the On-Call Consultant Program and maintain assigned on-call status
• facilitate residential meetings
• review timesheets
• monitor food and household supplies
• shop for groceries as assigned
• and oversee assigned staff.
