What you'll do

• Monitor staff, resident, and visitor entry and exit
• answer and direct calls
• complete administrative duties
• assist with fire and facility safety monitoring
• follow up on safety or security incidents and provide emergency response support as needed
• complete required logs and incident documentation
• perform light housekeeping when directed by the shift supervisor.
