What you'll do

• Greet customers in the waiting lobby and at the cashier desk
• answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate person
• refer repair and maintenance questions to service advisors
• maintain the customer lounge and refreshment area
• receive cash, check, and card payments
• record amounts, make change, issue receipts, and provide refunds or credit memorandums when applicable.
