Dispatch Assistant

The Dispatch Assistant role is onsite in Tempe, AZ. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide backup phone coverage as needed
• assist customers, open work orders, and coordinate technician scheduling with senior dispatchers and Service Supervisors
• assist with backlog audits
• review and close aging time-and-material work orders
• compile service reviews, reports, and customer tasking sheets
• update customer site and equipment lists
• document changes in business software
• support dispatch projects as requested.
