What you'll do

• Develop and execute a sales plan to grow referrals, admissions, and census. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners, identify new referral sources, and conduct visits, presentations, facility rounds, and community networking. Educate partners about home health services and referral processes
• monitor account performance and market trends
• coordinate with intake, clinical, and operations teams
• maintain CRM records and reporting
• and conduct business development ethically and in compliance with applicable requirements. Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required
• occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed.
