What you'll do

• Direct agency day-to-day operations and home-care services
• supervise and develop caregivers and client care teams
• make home visits
• follow designated care plans
• administer medication and provide wound care, treatments, and procedures
• monitor client conditions and report changes
• execute and document doctors’ orders
• perform assessments and coordinate case management
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
