What you'll do

• Work with senior leadership on scaling and strategic initiatives across U.S. business verticals
• execute and manage growth, pricing, merchandising, and operational initiatives
• monitor performance and address operational or commercial bottlenecks
• build trackers, forecasts, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews
• analyze category performance, pricing, customer behavior, and unit economics
• coordinate with external partners and contribute to commercial negotiations
• evaluate financial performance and investment efficiency
• collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations.
