What you'll do

• Receive, review, code, enter, and process vendor and project invoices
• code job costs and general ledger accounts in Sage 300
• verify approvals, purchase orders, and supporting documents
• resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• maintain vendor records
• process checks, ACH, and wire payments
• reconcile accounts and subledgers to the general ledger
• support month-end close and audits
• coordinate with project managers and vendors.
