The Medical Assistant — Spanish Speaking role is onsite across West Roxbury and Lynn, MA, with compensation of $21–$25 per hour. The role supports USA Clinics Group’s outpatient care mission to provide minimally invasive care close to home. The assistant supports physicians and clinic workflow while helping patients receive a welcoming, efficient experience. Clinical support, accurate records, and English-Spanish communication contribute to patient care across the visit.

What you'll do

• Greet, room, and assist patients
• obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and clinical information in the EMR/EHR
• perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections or vaccinations, and specimen collection within training and certification scope
• document patient interactions
• support high-volume patient interactions
• use EMR/EHR platforms
• use bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.

Why this role

Fluency in English and Spanish and 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience are required. The first two weeks of training involve out-of-state travel, with flights, lodging, and rental car expenses covered. CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is preferred.
