The Project Lead, Operations & Maintenance role is onsite in Riverdale Park, MD, with compensation of $45–$55 per hour. The role supports USDA operations and maintenance services for the Electronic Warehouse and Commodity Management Data application. This position manages and coordinates application operations, service quality, issue resolution, compliance, and required reporting. It serves as the primary interface between the contractor and USDA to help maintain stable application operations and meet contract requirements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact between the contractor and USDA for eWCMD operations and maintenance
• coordinate daily operations, incident and break/fix support, and functional maintenance
• manage personnel, resources, and workflows
• monitor performance, risks, and issues
• oversee reports, documentation, and operational releases
• support compliance, audits, and evidence collection
• align work with USDA change-control processes and ServiceNow standards.
