Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Manager role is hybrid and must be based in the greater Raleigh-Durham area. Compensation is not specified. BioTouch provides kitting and logistics services for medical facilities and healthcare providers to support healthcare delivery. The role manages long-term relationships with high-volume clients and serves as their primary day-to-day contact for service, product, pricing, and strategic growth needs. It supports client satisfaction and retention by coordinating internal teams, resolving issues, tracking account performance, and developing account growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage account transitions after implementation and support account growth
• respond to client needs involving products, proposals, and technology
• serve as the lead contact for assigned clients
• build relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues
• coordinate timely delivery of solutions with cross-functional teams
• communicate initiative progress through service reviews
• forecast and track account metrics and support retention campaigns
• identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account strategies and bundled solutions
• assist with client issues and escalations
• manage pricing changes and contract renewals
• travel as required.
