The Real Estate Agent role is onsite in Fargo, ND, serving Fargo, West Fargo, Horace, Moorhead and the surrounding metro. Compensation is commission-only and uncapped; the posting estimates first-year earnings of $45,000–$95,000 for agents who consistently work the system, with no guarantee. The Gruchow Group at RE/MAX Legacy Realty provides training, systems and coaching to help agents build their own business. The agent generates a client pipeline, advises buyers and sellers, markets listings and manages transactions through closing. The role contributes to the team’s buyer, listing, new-construction and luxury transactions by consistently prospecting and developing client relationships.

What you'll do

• Generate a client pipeline using team scripts, systems and outreach playbooks
• conduct buyer consultations, showings and offer strategy
• list and market properties, including pricing analysis, seller net sheets and listing presentations
• work on new construction with builder partners
• follow up with database contacts, past clients and personal sphere
• manage transactions from accepted offer through closing
• attend weekly team meetings, training and role play.
