The Power Business Research and Analytics Manager role is onsite in Devens, MA, with an annual salary range of $90,000–$145,000. Commonwealth Fusion Systems is working to move fusion power from the laboratory to the grid and commercialize fusion power plants. This role turns research and quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable insights for the Commercial Power Business teams. It supports commercial strategy and execution through energy-market and regulatory research, customer and partner materials, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative operational analyses
• establish governance and project tracking
• prepare customer and partner briefings
• research energy policy, utility regulation, tariffs, interconnection, and markets
• support policy documents and stakeholder meetings
• translate technical information into business implications
• collaborate across teams
• improve business development workflows with technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• develop executive presentations and decision-support materials.
