What you'll do

• Direct the daily activities of licensed practical or vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Promote holistic resident care, ensure staff follow procedures, participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed, assess changes in residents’ status, notify physicians and families or representatives, document changes, and transcribe and carry out physician orders.

Why this role

A nursing degree from an accredited college or university, an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the practicing state, and current CPR certification are required. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
