What you'll do

• Respond to consumer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• investigate and resolve complaints with relevant departments
• document interactions and outcomes in the CRM
• analyze feedback for recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• educate consumers about products, services, policies, and procedures
• provide administrative support for projects and reports
• and coordinate with service line leaders across Meals, Nutrition, HME, Hospice, Pharmacy, Transportation, and Home Health.
