What you'll do

• Measure and prepare ingredients
• prepare meat, seafood, poultry, and vegetables as directed
• combine salad ingredients
• arrange prepared food for service
• store ingredients properly
• monitor food and storage temperatures
• maintain salad bars and buffet lines
• stock utensils and condiments
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and dishes
• follow food safety regulations
• manage transactions and payments
• provide register totals to the Director of Food Services
• wash and store wares
• stock serving stations
• clean trash receptacles
• attend designated training
• perform related duties as assigned.
