The Customer Service Representative and Graphics role is onsite in Mandeville, LA, part time, Monday through Friday, with either an 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour. The role supports a large-format printing company’s customer service and graphics work. The position manages customer inquiries and order administration while preparing and correcting artwork for production. It contributes to repeat business by resolving customer issues, coordinating proofs and files with pre-press and production, and supporting quality and color management.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and product inquiries
• create estimates, orders, shipping quotes, and service responses
• save artwork and send it to pre-press
• update customer records
• assist walk-in pickup customers and sales representatives
• prepare custom quotes and special orders
• close job tickets and send invoices
• monitor online orders and payments
• post customer payments
• organize files
• communicate with customers on behalf of pre-press and production
• maintain quality control and color management
• evaluate and correct artwork
• prepare files for production
• create and email proofs
• manage file storage
• consult on design criteria
• set up print colors
• troubleshoot color management
• assist production flow as needed.
