Security Associate

Carvana’s Safe & Secure team protects associates, customers, and vehicles at its locations. The role helps keep the site secure and operational through gate procedures, patrols, vehicle tracking, safety audits, emergency response, and clear reporting. It also serves as a customer-facing point of contact for associates, vendors, and visitors.

What you'll do

• Provide service-first interactions
• serve as the gate contact for associates, vendors, and visitors
• monitor cameras and investigate intrusion alerts
• use the Safe & Secure App and RFID technology to enforce entry and exit procedures
• document vehicle movement
• respond under emergency protocols and use first aid, CPR, and AED training when needed
• maintain site operations in varied weather
• identify hazards and conduct safety audits
• scan vehicles and report location research to leadership.
