This position provides technical leadership on recyclability, reuse, compostability, and circular design, while coordinating with global business units to turn technical and regulatory challenges into commercial strategies and readiness roadmaps. It also contributes market intelligence and represents the company in industry standards and trade groups.

What you'll do

• Evaluate product recyclability and circular design across mechanical and chemical recycling, reuse, and compostability pathways
• collaborate with global business units and present technical positions to leaders
• participate in industry committees, trade associations, and standards organizations
• develop and execute readiness roadmaps for EPR, PPWR, PCR content mandates, and truth-in-labeling laws
• monitor circularity markets, PCR feedstocks, bio-derived innovations, and textile/apparel frameworks.
