What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
• observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, hazards, and policy violations
• maintain activity and incident documentation
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and company management.
