Description
Supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Maximize core model execution, improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Allocate time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Focus on leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.
