• Distribute and track invitations to bid, plans, RFIs, addenda, and other documents
• source vendors and subcontractors
• maintain bid reports and estimating calendars
• review RFP insurance and bond requirements
• solicit and follow up on bids
• attend bid walks when needed
• prepare bid forms
• maintain subcontractor and supplier databases
• prequalify subcontractors and assist them with bid information.
