What you'll do

• Support proposal and pitch development, capture planning, coordination, formatting, editing, research, drafting, and supporting documentation
• provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support across fundraising functions, including gifts processing, donor communication, opportunity identification, operations, project management, and event planning
• support Salesforce data entry, task tracking, reporting, and insights
• conduct pipeline, funder, and competitor research
• lead smaller proposals, concept notes, and fundraising projects.
