What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and resident dietary needs
• follow recipes and portion standards
• accommodate special diets and texture modifications
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• assist with inventory, storage, and supply rotation
• collaborate with dietary staff, nursing teams, and facility leadership.
