What you'll do

• Support individuals in developing independence and participating in their communities
• build supportive relationships and plan activities around personal interests and goals
• encourage self-determination and self-advocacy
• implement person-centered service and support plans
• document services and progress
• assist with personal care and household tasks as needed
• support community participation and transportation
• administer medications in accordance with CRMA requirements
• report incidents
• and maintain safety, confidentiality, and respectful care.
