• Follow Registration Clerk job guidelines
• coordinate clerk orientation and training
• review chart audits to identify trends and training needs
• document clerk performance and submit reports
• prepare registration schedules and cover unfilled shifts when necessary
• maintain registration records and forms
• participate in the monthly on-call rotation and required weekend shifts.
