What you'll do

• Perform guest-room preventive maintenance, including painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning
• maintain grounds, landscaping, outbuildings, and parking areas
• assist with pool, spa, and general-area maintenance according to local codes and brand standards
• respond promptly to guest problems and concerns.
