What you'll do

• Provide routine care for activities of daily living under licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager supervision
• apply basic nursing, personal care, and restorative skills according to tenant service plans
• remain attentive to mental health, social-service, and cognitive needs
• contribute to the interdisciplinary care team’s support of tenant independence and well-being.
