Hotel Maintenance Technician, Spark by Hilton

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. Pay is $17.50–$20.00 per hour. The technician supports Spark by Hilton Mesa by maintaining the property, guest rooms, and public areas for guests and team members. The role responds to maintenance needs and performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs to help keep the hotel safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
• assist with preventive maintenance for rooms and building systems
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• inspect property for safety and cleanliness
• maintain tools, equipment, and logs
• assist with renovations and coordinate with management and outside contractors.
