What you'll do

• Build client relationships and monitor project leads
• prepare estimates, budgets, and proposals
• create project plans and schedules
• coordinate with superintendents, trades, clients, and architects
• monitor schedules and expenses
• report progress
• manage project documentation in Procore
• negotiate and execute change orders
• maintain subcontractor relationships
• oversee project close-out and client handover.
