Sales and Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze sales data and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports
• create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, CRM analytics, and other systems
• monitor sales metrics and data quality
• optimize CRM processes and sales workflows
• conduct market and competitor research
• develop process documentation and automation
• support forecasting, goal setting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• communicate findings to stakeholders.
