What you'll do

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to guidelines
• serve meals while following food safety and hygiene procedures
• inventory kitchen supplies and food
• clarify diet orders with nursing staff
• assemble and deliver patient and resident trays as needed
• check trays against menu selections
• assist with dishes
• maintain clean, organized, and stocked dietary areas
• update temperature and supplement logs
• follow infection-control and safety practices.
