What you'll do

• Gather and coordinate loan documentation for verification and underwriting
• screen and make calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support
• serve as a liaison among clients, the branch manager, and loan originators
• respond to customer and internal inquiries
• verify loan package accuracy and completeness
• gather initial borrower information, help structure loans, send documentation needs lists, provide pre-approvals, and recommend suitable programs and products.
